These are suitable for intermediate and advanced oboe and cor anglais players who want to scrape their own reeds from tied-on blanks rather than make the entire reed from scratch.
This saves you plenty of time when you make reeds.
I take great care to ensure that both blades of the reed are aligned properly so that no air leaks from the sides of the reed.
All cor anglais reed blanks I sell are made from high quality Ghys cane and are tied onto Chiarugi staples.
